Selling a property is a significant decision. Vendor advisory gives you independent guidance at every stage of the sale, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
We work solely for you, not the selling agent, helping you make informed decisions that protect your interests and support the best possible outcome.

Congratulations to our Essendon client who sold his 3 bedroom home and moved to Castlemaine for a country lifestyle with his family.

Our client sold her Villa Unit through us in order to retire to a warmer climate - Great result Vicky!

After holding the investment property for over a decade, our client decided to cash out and put the sale in our hands doubling their money.
What does a Vendor Advisor do?
Vendor advisory provides independent guidance throughout the sales process, helping ensure decisions are made with clarity rather than pressure.
How is this different from a Real Estate Agent?
We assist you, not the agent. Our role is to oversee strategy, pricing, negotiation and performance so your interests remain the priority.
As independent advisors, we do not list properties or receive sales commissions. This allows us to provide balanced, objective advice that keeps your interests front of mind.
When should I engage a Vendor Advisor?
Early involvement is ideal. Engaging a Vendor Advisor before choosing an agent or going to market allows for stronger preparation and clearer strategy.
Can support be provided before the property is listed?
Yes. Guidance can include marketing strategy, buyer feedback analysis, pricing expectations, presentation decisions and selecting the most suitable method of sale.
Is vendor advisory only for high-value homes?
No. Sellers of family homes, investment properties and downsizers often benefit from having an experienced, independent voice throughout the process.
Can a vendor advisor assist with auctions?
Yes. Support can be provided before and during an auction, including advice on auction strategy, reserve setting, buyer interest and key decisions on the day. The role is to help you approach the auction with clarity and confidence, while the selling agent continues to run the auction itself.
Where helpful, we can introduce you to trusted professionals we've worked with over time, including:
Introductions are offered as guidance only.
